1. Security of Your Data
If a security incident occurs that may bring relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority, as determined by the LGPD.
- All website traffic happens over an encrypted connection, including the registration form.
- Internal access to data is restricted to people who need it to work, with a record of who accessed what.
- We do not ask for CPF or a Brazilian document to create an account. Data that is not collected cannot leak.
- We do not sell your contact list and do not share it for third-party advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
2. Security of Your Order
The liability limits in case of loss or damage are described in item 12 of the terms of use.
- Each package is linked to the customer's Box upon arrival, and that is why the tracking code is mandatory: without it, the order enters the system without an owner.
- Packages are kept in our own warehouse, with access control.
- Each package is photographed upon arrival and the photos are sent to you, always, without you having to ask.
- We check the items upon receipt and let you know when something arrives damaged by the store.
- Customs documentation is prepared by our team, which reduces the risk of retention due to incorrect filling.
3. Payments
Every charge is preceded by a quote sent through our official channels, with itemized amounts. We do not work with surprise charges and we do not request payment through channels other than those agreed upon during service.
4. How to Identify a Scam
Redirecting services are a common target for fraud, precisely because the customer already expects shipping charges. Keep these rules in mind:
- We never ask for your password or verification code received by SMS.
- We never ask for a deposit into an individual's bank account. If you receive such a request, it is a scam.
- Our official WhatsApp is +55 (47) 98840-4040. Be wary of similar numbers and contacts that demand urgency.
- Our emails always come from addresses ending in @redirectbrasil.com.br or @sendex.com.br.
- If you are unsure about any message, do not click anything and contact us through the number on this website.
5. How to Report a Problem
Found a vulnerability on the website, received a suspicious message in our name, or noticed something wrong with your account? Let us know immediately via WhatsApp or at envio@sendex.com.br, with as many details as you can gather, such as screenshots and times.
We analyze all reports. We ask that technical vulnerabilities be communicated to us before any public disclosure, so we can fix them and protect customers.
