Why isn't there a fixed price list?
Because international shipping depends on weight, box dimensions, destination, and urgency. Two packages with the same weight can cost different amounts if one takes up more space. That's why we quote case by case, always before dispatch.
How do I find out how much I'll pay?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your destination and an idea of what you want to send. If the packages are already in the warehouse, the quote uses the actual weight and dimensions, so you get the exact price.
Does consolidating really save money?
Yes, and it's often the biggest savings available. Since shipping considers the space occupied, combining multiple orders into a single box avoids paying multiple times for empty space.
Do the delivery times include customs?
No. The delivery times are counted from dispatch in Joinville and do not include customs clearance time at the destination, which varies by country and the local customs office's workload.
