    Create your account and get your Box

    Signing up asks for your name, email, and WhatsApp. Within minutes, you receive your Box number, which combined with our warehouse address in Joinville makes up your address in Brazil.

    Free, no monthly fee, and no sign-up fee.

    Shop at Brazilian stores

    Use your Box address as the delivery address. To the store, it's just a regular domestic delivery. Buy from as many stores as you like.

    Don't have an active CPF or a Brazilian card? Assisted Purchase handles it.

    Send the tracking code

    As soon as the store generates the tracking number, send it to us on WhatsApp. That's how we know the package is yours when it arrives at the warehouse.

    Mandatory step: without the code, the package arrives unclaimed.

    Get the photos and combine your packages

    We photograph each package on arrival and send you the photos to check. If you prefer, we store everything and ship it all together in a single box.

    Approve the quote and track your delivery

    We send the final shipping price before anything is dispatched. Once you approve, we prepare the paperwork, ship it out, and you can track it to your doorstep.
