1. Who processes your data
Redirect Brasil is the shopping forwarding service operated by Sendex® Express Logística LTDA, registered with CNPJ under No. 41.393.361/0001-22, headquartered at Rua Nove de Março, 737, Centro, Joinville/SC, CEP 89201-400, with a warehouse at Rua Jerônimo Coelho, 220, Sala 01, Centro, Joinville/SC, CEP 89201-050.
Sendex® is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and in the operation of the service. This means we are the ones who decide why and how your data is used, and we are accountable for that processing to you and to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
2. What data we collect
We do not ask for your CPF or any Brazilian ID to create your account. In specific situations, such as customs clearance that requires recipient identification, we may ask for a document. In that case, we explain the reason beforehand.
Data you provide to us
- During registration: full name, email, and phone number with country code.
- When using the service: delivery address outside Brazil, tracking codes for your purchases, product descriptions and values, and the information needed to fill in customs documentation.
- In Assisted Purchase: product links, order specifications, and the data needed for payment and issuance of receipts.
- In customer support: the content of conversations via WhatsApp, email, or phone, including attachments you send.
Data collected automatically
- IP address, access date and time, and technical browsing logs, retained as required by the Marco Civil da Internet.
- Operational data we generate, such as your Box number, the weight and dimensions of received packages, and shipping history.
3. How we use it and the legal basis
The LGPD requires that every processing activity have a legal basis. Not everything depends on consent: most of what we do is necessary to provide the service you contracted.
| What we use it for | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Creating your account, assigning your Box number, and maintaining your registration | Contract performance |
| Receiving, identifying, photographing, storing, and consolidating your packages | Contract performance |
| Quoting shipping, dispatching the order, and tracking delivery | Contract performance |
| Purchasing products on your behalf in Assisted Purchase | Contract performance |
| Filling out customs documentation and meeting tax requirements | Compliance with legal obligations |
| Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, or phone | Contract performance |
| Keeping access logs and preventing fraud | Legal obligation and legitimate interest |
| Sending news, promotions, and content by email or WhatsApp | Consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
4. Consent and how to revoke it
You don't have to agree to receive marketing to use Redirect Brasil. That authorization is separate, optional, and sits in its own checkbox on the registration form, never checked by default. Declining it doesn't change the service you receive in any way.
If you agreed and changed your mind, just click the unsubscribe link in every email, reply STOP to any promotional WhatsApp message, or ask our team. The withdrawal takes effect from the moment we receive the request and doesn't erase what was already sent before.
We keep the record of your consent (date, time, IP address, and the version of the text accepted) only to be able to prove that it existed, as required by law.
6. International transfer
Since the service exists precisely to deliver abroad, some data necessarily leaves Brazil: your name, destination address, phone number, and content description go to the carrier and to the customs authority in the country where you live. This transfer is necessary to perform the contract you made with us, as provided by the LGPD.
Some technology providers may also process data outside Brazil. In those cases, we require contractual data protection clauses equivalent to those under Brazilian law.
7. How long we keep it
After those periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
- Registration data: as long as your account exists.
- After the account is closed: for up to 5 years, a period during which questions may still arise about shipments made.
- Tax and customs documents: for the period required by tax law.
- Site access logs: 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet.
- Marketing consent: until you revoke it, and the consent record is kept as proof.
9. Your rights
The LGPD guarantees that you can, at any time:
To exercise any of these rights, write to envio@sendex.com.br. We respond within 15 days. We may ask for information to confirm the request is yours, so we don't hand over data to the wrong person.
- Confirm whether we process your data and request access to it;
- Correct incomplete, outdated, or incorrect data;
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- Request portability of your data to another provider;
- Request deletion of data processed based on your consent, subject to legal retention periods;
- Know which entities we share your data with;
- Be informed about the possibility of not consenting and what happens if you refuse;
- Withdraw marketing consent;
- Object to processing you consider irregular.
10. How we protect your data
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse: encrypted connection on the site, control over who accesses each piece of information internally, access logs, and a warehouse with entry control.
No system is infallible. If a security incident occurs that could pose significant risk to you, we will inform you and the National Data Protection Authority, as required by law. We detail the practices on the security page.
11. Minors
Redirect Brasil is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we identify an account created by a minor without authorization from a parent or guardian, the account is closed and the data is deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and believe this has happened, please contact us.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this document when the service changes or when the law requires it. The date and version at the top of the page always indicate when it's in effect. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect.
